Relaxing in the sunshine
It occurs to me that most of the photographs on my site at the moment show me asleep (except for the one that has the pile of dirt I wasn’t allowed to play in). Lest I be mistaken for a dog that does nothing all day but sleep and doze, I will endeavour to get some action shots taken next time my humans have the camera out.
Meanwhile, this is a picture of my just resting in the sun. You can see (if you look closely) that my eyes are actually open. Just a bit. A very little bit. Alright, I was almost asleep. But right after this I lept down from the couch and barked very ferociously at the dog next door. Honest!
I just made another micro-loan to Kiva. I wanted to follow up on my loan from last year to a mechanic in Cambodia, so have provided a loan to a farmer in Afghanistan. And while I’ll never get to see either of these places (damn quarantine), it is nice to know I’m making a difference.
I had a great Christmas; got a lot of good presents from my humans (including some yummy treats), had a big walk on the beach on Christmas morning and now I’m worn out.
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas.

Christmas nap time.
I had a haircut yesterday; am now looking oh-so gorgeous. My humans had my hair cut very short so I can get in the pool and so I don’t get too hot. Will try to convince he-who-wields-the-camera to take a photo of me looking fabulous.
Some time ago, I had a most especially favourite toy that my humans called a ‘Happy’. It was a bright yellow smiley face with arms and legs and I loved it so much. Sadly, the very last ‘Happy’ died a while ago, but last night my female human came home from that work thing she does with a super surprise for me. A new one!
I have no idea where she found it (and I don’t care, really), but I’m not letting it out of my sight now.

My and my new toy
My humans had this load of soil delivered yesterday for the garden, but they are steadfastly refusing to let me play in either the huge pile or the resulting garden. Sometimes life just isn’t fair.

Big pile of soil
Hello! This is the first post in my beautiful new blog. Morgan organised this for me as Ashley’s website has been redesigned and my gorgeous photographs are no longer around. Plus, Facebook decided that being a dog was a violation of the Terms of Service and kicked me off.
I’ll be getting my humans to post photographs and updates of my activities so I won’t need a Facebook page anymore.
